DMD THE ORIGINAL is an one-person venture specializing in the creation of handmade shoe designs. In this unique solo endeavor, each pair of shoes is meticulously crafted, reflecting a dedication to originality and craftsmanship. From the initial concept to the final stitch, every step is a testament to the passion and artistic vision behind each bespoke design.
Branding
Color palette
The colors are inspired by sakura blossoms. I chose hues that complement the sakura flowers since I initiated the logo design with them, considering them the pivotal element in the logo itself.
Shoe and sakura flower
The shoe represents the handmade footwear crafted by the designer. She desired to incorporate sakura flowers in her logo, symbolizing not only her creations but also her favorite blossoms. The sakura flowers encapsulate the essence of her creativity. Additionally, Nike shoes are featured in the logo as a nod to the designer's preference for predominantly working on Nike shoe designs.
